conducive to the failure that no oil is sucked. Don’t worry about the phenomenon of cavitation because its probability to occur is low, and the method to prevent it appearance would find when pipeline setting and the design and manufacture of pump. At present, manufacturers have achieved great fuel dispenser progress in research to prevent cavitation in pump inlet. The phenomenon is avoidable. Stability The stability of pump is more important technical parameter, which is one of major labels measuring the performance of pump. The good stability of pump is low fluctuation in flow and slow increase of pulsant value as working long time. The 13.6 of JJG667-97 Liquid cubage flow meter stipulates that the flow rate fluctuation not exceed 2.5%, which is requirement for pump stability. Under same operating condition a good stability pump reduce the abrasion of hydraulic components so as to lengthen fuel dispenser’s service life. Moreover, it is conducive to reduce leakage of measure transducer and enhance the accuracy. Noise Noise is also a symbol of pump’s performance, which relate to fuel dispenser’s noise. The GB/T9081-2001 Fuel dispenser for vehicle stipulates that the noise of fuel dispenser not exceed 80d B and the noise of pump no more than that of fuel dispenser, which is basic requirement for fuel dispenser. Noise is often created from pump of fuel dispenser, computerized fuel dispenser in particular. The pump noise is largely depended upon its stability, cavitation, partial flow speed and oil abrasion, etc. High noise pollutes environment and wastes electricity so as to increase operation cost of filling station. Usage and maintenance Many domestic component manufacturers now produce vane pump, but their products vary from inner structure, choice of material, su fuel dispenser ction capacity, stability, service life, noise and so on. Thus failure presents largely different. Vane pump should often be inspected and maintained during the operation progress. Specific procedure is as followed: Often inspect the rotati fuel dispenser

At the end of the fuelling transaction the Current_TR_Error_Code (Data_Id 39 in FP Database) is stored here. PCD Comment: The PCD will have to set this Data_Id to the IFSF dispenser error code value if a fuel dispenser n error occurred during the transaction. TR_Average_Temp 13 Temp R(1-3) O (0DH) Indicates the average temperature of the dispensed fuel. At the end of the fuelling transaction the Current_Average_Temp (Data_Id 40 in FP Database) is stored here. PCD Comment: As this is an optional data field the PCD can NAK any write requests to this Data_Id with a Data_ACK code of 2 (Data not writable) or reply to any read request with an answer message with the respective Data_Id s length set to 0. TR_Security_Chksum 14 bin24 R(1-3) M (0EH) This data element is used to sent a security checksum under the rules specified by the local W M authority. The type of W M security checksum is specified W M_Security_Type (Data_Id 57 in the Calculator Database). PCD Comment: The PCD will be responsible of calculating the W M security checksum based on the agreed method for the countryregion where the PCD is implemented. courts open longer in the summer, and introduce English teaching in primary schools. The most recent Portuguese prime minister to display a similar determination to get things done was Mr Cavaco Silva, whose decade in office saw Portugal embrace the market through privatisation, deregulat fuel dispenser ion and investment boosted by aid from the European Union. This may explain why Mr Sócrates, despite opposing the election of Mr Cavaco Silva, is unlikely to be unduly put out by it. The two men, commented one Lisbon newspaper, are “twin soulswho should be able to cohabit easily enough. Yet this will not spare Mr Sócrates all embarrassment over the left s resounding defeat. He chose controversially to support Mário Soares, a veteran 81-year-old Socialist, as the party s official candidate, passing over Manuel Alegre, a 70-year-old poet. A disgruntled Mr Alegre decided to run anyway, and took almost 21% of the vote, against only 14% for Mr Soares. It was not the most glorious way for Mr Soares, the man who safely guided Portugal from dictatorship to democracy in the 1970s, to bow out. But, as he said later, “you are only defeated when you give up the fight. Turkey and Cyprus Island trouble Jan 26th 2006 | ANKARA AND NICOSIA From The Economist print edition Rows over Cyprus bedevil Turkey s hopes of European Union membership TURKEY this week unveiled a “freshinitiative on Cyprus. Under the plan, the Turks would open their ports and airspace to Greek-Cypriot carriers in return for an end to the bans on direct trade that have hemmed in northern Cyprus. The European Union commissioner for enlargement, Olli Rehn, said the plan merited “careful examination a view echoed in Washington. But the Greek- Cypriot president, Tassos Papadopoulos, dis fuel dispenser missed it as “an attempt by Turkey to avoid fulfilling its obligations towards Cyprus and the EU. Since the Greek-Cypriots said no to the UN plan to reunify the island in April 2004, they have been seen as the biggest obsta fuel dispenser
